Cancellation Of Subscription
Certain of the Firms products and services may be offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing at support@flawless.guru.
Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
Ganga Narayan Das is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase. There is no money back or refund for this tool. If you have purchased once, you will get all support that you may need. Since it is a subscription, based on either monthly or annual, upon the end of billing cycle, if you do not renew, the access to the tool will immediately come to an end. All resources you have uploaded will be destroyed once it is clear from you side, if you are sure not to continue with us.
You can resume the subscription to the services within 7 days of expiry of the subscription.
If the subscription is not renewed within the time mentioned, we are not responsible for the loss of data and the resources you have created or uploaded. And they will destroyed once 7 days are over and if the subscription is not renewed.
Software Sale for Customer Use
Any sale of software tools that is listed under https://flawless.guru website and purchased thereof based on monthly subscription. One may wish to cancel the subscription at any time. If one fails to pay the subscription, then the software will be locked and will be functional only after the due payment is made.
Under no circumstances, anyone taking any subscription will get any kind of refund within the monthly billing cycle. The usage of the software will be locked after the expiry of the monthly billing cycle.
Spamming or Self Promotion
If any member found to reach out to other members to sell or promote their own products and/or services, they will warned for the 1st time. If found repeating the same 2nd time, they will be removed access to all the platforms. They will not be able to access or attend the social groups, course contents, online or offline meetups and will not be entitled for any refunds as per this policy. Any complains coming to us in this regard will be taken very seriously. The Firm reserves the right not reveal the identity of the person who complained against someone.
